Job Description:
AbbVie is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and possess strong interpersonal skills. The Online Customer Care Assistant will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support through various online channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via online platforms such as email, live chat, and social media. 2. Assist customers in resolving issues related to product orders, deliveries, and returns. 3. Provide information about our products and services to customers. 4. Monitor online reviews and respond to feedback in a timely manner. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers. 7. Proactively identify areas for improvement in the customer care process and suggest solutions. 8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. At least 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in an online environment. 3. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. 4. Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively. 5. Proficiency in using online customer service platforms. 6. Driven and motivated to provide exceptional customer care. 7. Negotiation skills to handle difficult customer situations.
