Online Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team at Bed Bath & Beyond in Zurich, Switzerland. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Care Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. This is a part-time position with a requirement of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner - Managing customer accounts and processing orders accurately - Providing product information and assistance with online purchases - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitoring customer feedback and making recommendations for improvement - Contributing to the overall success of the online customer care team - Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Independent and resourceful mindset - Strong strategic planning skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online retail operations - Fluent in English and German (additional languages a plus)
