Job Description - Online Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team at Meyer Burger Technology AG in Geneva, Switzerland. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional online customer service to our clients. This is a part-time position with the potential for growth within the company.


Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms. - Assist customers with product information, orders, troubleshooting, and general inquiries. - Process returns, replacements, and refunds according to company policies. - Monitor online reviews and feedback to address any issues or concerns raised by customers. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Stay up to date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. - Identify opportunities for improvement in the online customer care process and make suggestions to management. - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company in all interactions with customers.


Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Hardworking and dedicated to providing excellent customer care. - Innovative and able to think strategically to solve problems. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer service platforms. - Fluency in English and French (additional languages are a plus).
