Job Description - Online Customer Care Assistant


Job Description:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team at Reliance Steel & Aluminum in Zurich. As an Entry Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service. This is a part-time position with remote work flexibility.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through online platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with efficiency and empathy - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences - Assist with order processing and tracking - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively - Handle returns and exchanges according to company policies - Uphold company values and customer service standards at all times


Requirements: - Energetic and independent personality traits - Strong teamwork and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer service platforms - Experience in a customer service role is preferred - High school diploma or equivalent required - Fluent in English and German
