Job Description - Online Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:


Sonova Holding AG is seeking a motivated and resourceful Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. This part-time position at an Associate Level requires at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of customer care strategies. 7. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. 3. Creativity in finding solutions and addressing customer needs. 4. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all customer interactions. 5. Proficiency in using online customer service tools and software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Knowledge of the industry and products is a plus.
