Job Description - Online Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:


Lonza Group AG is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service in an online setting.


Responsibilities: - Provide online customer support via chat, email, and social media platforms - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - Energetic and independent personality traits - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to think strategically and make sound decisions - Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools - Prior experience in customer service is preferred - Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus
