Online Customer Care Associate

Job Description: DuPont is looking for an Online Customer Care Associate to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This part-time position is perfect for someone who is passionate about customer service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone 2. Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, orders, and services 3. Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges 5. Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction 7. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve customer care processes 8. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends 9. Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service role 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 3. Strong problem-solving abilities 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 6. Attention to detail and accuracy 7. Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism 8. Strategic planning skills 9. Leadership capabilities
