Job Description - Online Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


Express Scripts Holding is looking for a part-time Online Customer Care Manager to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level role with 7 years of experience, the Online Customer Care Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of customer care for our online platform.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the online customer care experience. - Manage a team of online customer care specialists, providing guidance, training, and support. - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless online customer experience. - Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to measure the success of the online customer care program. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online customer care.


Requirements: - 7 years of experience in customer care or a related field. - Confident and hardworking personality traits. - Strong people management and analysis skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Experience with CRM systems and online customer care platforms. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
