Job Description - Online Customer Care Representative

Job Description: Delek US Holdings is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Representative to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information via online channels such as email, chat, and social media. - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information. - Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and recommend process improvements. - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Resourceful and hardworking with a strong sense of cooperation and presentation skills.
