Job Description - Online Customer Care Representative

Job Description: Georg Fischer AG is seeking a passionate and independent Online Customer Care Representative to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. In this entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Providing product information and assistance with online orders - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitoring online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Contributing to the continuous improvement of our online customer care process


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and able to work well in a fast-paced environment - Passionate about providing outstanding customer service - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Excellent teamwork skills and a willingness to collaborate with others - Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication tools
