Online Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

NiSource is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Online Customer Care Representative in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via online chat, email, and social media platforms - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets - Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and ensure accurate record-keeping

Requirements: - Resourceful and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Strong teamwork and adaptability skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency with MS Office applications and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
