Job Description - Online Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


As an Online Customer Care Specialist at Edison International, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and courteous manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and making online purchases - Resolve customer complaints or issues with a focus on finding satisfactory solutions - Manage customer accounts, update information, and process orders - Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement - Provide regular reports on customer feedback and trends to management


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online retail environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Resilient and able to handle difficult or stressful situations with professionalism - People management skills to effectively handle customer interactions - Research skills to gather information and resolve customer inquiries - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems
