Job Description - Online Customer Care Specialist


Job Description:


Raymond James Financial is currently seeking a motivated and independent Online Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via online channels such as chat, email, and social media - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent service - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience - Analyze customer feedback and trends to make recommendations for continuous improvement - Stay up to date on product offerings and company policies to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong analytical skills to identify customer needs and trends - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others - Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision - Familiarity with online customer service platforms and tools - Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
