Job Description - Online Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


Global Partners is seeking a motivated and energetic Online Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide information about products, services, and promotions to customers. 3. Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Create and maintain customer records and documentation. 7. Contribute to the development of customer care policies and procedures. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company updates.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Excellent problem-solving abilities. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Creativity and cooperation in finding solutions for customers. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 6. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketing. 7. High school diploma or equivalent. 8. Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
