Job Description - Online Customer Care Specialist

Leucadia National is seeking a motivated and adaptable Online Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Zurich, CH. As an Associate level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles.


Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via online chat, email, and phone to provide excellent customer service and support - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems effectively and efficiently - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and issues - Utilize persuasive skills to recommend products or services to customers - Plan and schedule follow-up actions to ensure customer satisfaction


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service roles - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Adaptability and confidence in handling various customer situations - Persuasion and planning skills to effectively address customer needs - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
