Job Description - Online Customer Care Specialist

Job Description: As an Online Customer Care Specialist at Mikron Group, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our online clients. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various digital communication channels.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner, striving to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. 3. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Providing product information, recommendations, and guidance to customers. 5. Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and concerns. 6. Documenting customer interactions and feedback to improve future customer experiences. 7. Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends. 8. Assisting in developing and implementing customer care strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.


Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Resilient and hardworking attitude to handle challenging situations with a positive mindset. 3. Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills to solve complex customer issues effectively. 4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers. 5. Proficiency in using digital communication tools and customer relationship management systems. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 7. Flexibility to work part-time hours and adapt to changing customer needs.
