Job Description - Online Customer Care Specialist

Job description:


Lowe’s is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but candidates should possess at least 1 year of relevant customer service experience.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and best practices - Assist with special projects as needed


Requirements: - Strong communication skills - Customer-oriented mindset - Adaptable and energetic personality - Ability to work well in a team environment - Leadership skills - Proficiency in using online customer service platforms - Fluency in English and French (additional languages are a plus)
