Online Customer Service Assistant

Telephone & Data Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via email, chat, and social media platforms - Providing product information and technical support to customers - Processing orders and returns - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate customer records and data entry

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and customer service experience - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Resourceful and adaptable to changing situations - Strong strategic planning and negotiation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software - Knowledge of telecommunications industry a plus
