Online Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Ingram Micro is looking for a resourceful and motivated Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our online customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner - Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist in managing online reviews and feedback from customers - Identify opportunities for improvement in the customer service process and propose solutions

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using online customer service tools and platforms - Cooperation and emotional intelligence skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
