Job Description:
The Online Customer Service Associate at Schindler Group will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to our online customers through various channels including email, chat, and social media. This role requires someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and who is adaptable to changing customer needs and preferences. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with order processing, product inquiries, and technical support. 3. Provide accurate and detailed information about products, services, and promotions. 4. Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on online platforms. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. 8. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 9. Utilize creativity to find innovative solutions to customer problems. 10. Demonstrate attention to detail in all interactions with customers.
Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in customer service roles. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in using online customer service platforms and tools. 6. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 7. Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and preferences. 8. Attention to detail and accuracy in all customer interactions. 9. Creativity in finding solutions to customer problems.
