Job Description - Online Customer Service Associate

Job Description:


Swiss International Air Lines is seeking a dedicated and resilient Online Customer Service Associate to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This is a part-time, entry level position with the opportunity for professional growth within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service and possess strong adaptability and decision-making skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle online customer inquiries via various channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist customers with booking flights, managing reservations, and resolving any issues that may arise. 3. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding flight schedules, baggage policies, and other relevant topics. 4. Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Process refunds and compensation requests as needed. 6. Continuously look for ways to improve the online customer service process and suggest innovative solutions.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service. 2. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. High level of adaptability and the ability to make quick decisions. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 7. Fluency in English and another language is preferred.
