Online Customer Service Associate

Job Description: Franke Group is seeking a passionate and hardworking Online Customer Service Associate to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Associate Level employee, you will have at least 4 years of relevant experience in customer service. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively. 3. Assisting customers with product information, orders, and returns. 4. Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintaining customer records and updating databases. 6. Monitoring online reviews and feedback to improve customer satisfaction. 7. Providing insights and feedback to improve our online customer service processes.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service. 2. Passionate about providing excellent customer service. 3. Hardworking and dedicated to meeting customer needs. 4. Innovative mindset and ability to think outside the box. 5. Strong leadership skills and ability to work well in a team. 6. Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form. 7. Proficient in using online customer service tools and platforms.
