Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Online Customer Service Manager to join our team at Citizens Financial Group in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level role, this position requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service management. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and resilient, with a strong focus on teamwork and innovation.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of online customer service representatives, ensuring top-notch service to all customers. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve online customer service processes and procedures. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner. 5. Train and mentor staff to uphold company standards and provide exceptional customer service. 6. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 6+ years of experience in customer service management, preferably in an online setting. 3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and online customer service tools. 6. Proven track record of implementing successful customer service initiatives.
