Job Description - Online Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a passionate and reliable Online Customer Service Manager to join our team at Priceline Group in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a part-time position at the mid-to-senior level, the Online Customer Service Manager will be responsible for managing the online customer service department, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and engagement.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service experience online. 2. Manage and train a team of online customer service representatives. 3. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and issues through various online channels. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless online customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service. 7. Implement systems and tools to streamline online customer service processes.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 7 years of experience in online customer service or a related field. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Critical thinking and decision-making abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in customer service software and online platforms. 7. Experience in managing a team is preferred.
