Job Description - Online Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Huntington Ingalls Industries is seeking a motivated and adaptable Online Customer Service Manager to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Online Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of online customer service operations to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to all online customer inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement strategies to improve online customer service processes and procedures - Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer service issues and ensure a seamless online customer experience - Train and mentor customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service to online customers - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service to continually improve processes and procedures


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 5+ years of experience in online customer service management - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online customer service platforms
