Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Online Customer Service Officer to join our team at Tally Weijl Holding AG in Basel, Switzerland. As an Associate level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients. This part-time role requires at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. 3. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. 4. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth online shopping experience for customers. 5. Assist customers with product information, sizing, and availability. 6. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. 7. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the online customer service process. 9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service.
Requirements: 1. Proficiency in English and German (both written and verbal). 2. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 4. Experience with CRM software and online customer service platforms. 5. Adaptability and innovation in handling customer inquiries and issues. 6. Energetic and positive attitude towards customer interactions. 7. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. 8. Familiarity with online retail and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
