Online Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Commercial Metals is looking for a part-time Online Customer Service Officer to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. The successful candidate will be reliable and resourceful, possessing strong critical thinking skills and excellent time management abilities.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Process online orders and provide support with any issues related to online transactions. 3. Monitor online reviews and feedback, addressing any negative comments and working towards resolution. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless online customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Proficiency in using online customer service platforms and systems. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Knowledge of e-commerce and online shopping trends. 6. Fluency in English and German is required.
