Job Description - Online Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


Loews is seeking an experienced Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in Basel, Switzerland. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Online Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar customer service role.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Process returns and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve the online shopping experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - Confidence and motivation to excel in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment - Strong leadership and planning skills to effectively prioritize tasks and address customer needs - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using CRM software and online customer service platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience working in e-commerce or retail customer service preferred
