Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and driven Online Customer Service Representative to join our team at Comcast in Geneva, Kanton Genf, Switzerland. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online customers through various communication channels.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally - Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with internet, cable, and phone services - Educate customers on product offerings, promotions, and self-service options - Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service delivery - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong project management skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proficient in using online chat, email, and social media platforms - Knowledge of telecommunications or technology industry is a plus - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
