Online Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Landis+Gyr Group AG is seeking a dedicated and resilient Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. This is a part-time position suitable for an entry-level candidate with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers. 3. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and resolving problems. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times. 7. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities. 3. Previous experience in customer service is preferred. 4. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 5. Basic knowledge of CRM systems and online communication tools. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
