Job Description:

W.W. Grainger is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this a great opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Work closely with customers via online channels to provide exceptional support and resolve any issues or inquiries they may have - Utilize analytical skills to research and troubleshoot customer concerns, ensuring timely and accurate solutions - Maintain detailed records of interactions with customers and communicate any trends or recurring issues to the team for further analysis - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the customer experience and identify opportunities for process enhancements - Demonstrate confidence and independence in handling customer interactions to ensure a positive and professional experience

Requirements: - Confident and independent personality traits to effectively engage with customers and resolve issues - Strong analytical and research skills to efficiently address customer concerns and provide effective solutions - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers in a clear and concise manner - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment to meet customer needs and deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with online customer service platforms - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred - Bilingual proficiency in English and French preferred
