Job Description - Online Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


Quanta Services is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and resilient, able to handle challenging situations with ease. Strong decision-making and planning skills are essential for success in this role.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Attention to detail and high level of accuracy - High school diploma or equivalent required
