Online Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

AutoNation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, Switzerland. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Online Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information, pricing, and availability to customers - Processing online orders and managing customer accounts - Managing returns, exchanges, and refunds for online purchases - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Monitoring and addressing customer reviews and feedback online - Providing recommendations for improving the online customer experience

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Driven and independent personality traits - Strong adaptability and analysis skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer service platforms - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
