Job Description - Online Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


Omnicom Group is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and be dedicated and confident in their abilities.


Responsibilities: - Handle online customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service through various channels such as email, chat, and social media - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding and exceeding their expectations - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns - Assist with order processing, product information, and general inquiries - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service - Dedicated and confident personality traits - Strong project management and leadership skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Fluent in English and German (additional languages a plus)
