Job Description:
Frontier Communications is seeking a driven and dedicated Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Lausanne, CH on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for those looking to kickstart their career in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through various online communication channels such as email, live chat, and social media. - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies. - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and guide them through problem resolution. - Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - Regularly monitor customer feedback and escalate recurring issues to the appropriate teams for resolution. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best possible service to customers. - Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve customer service skills.
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French. - Strong project management and decision-making abilities. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficiency in using online communication tools and systems. - Passion for providing exceptional customer service. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
