Online Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Nordstrom in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers with any inquiries or issues they may have through online platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and finding appropriate solutions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers - Work collaboratively with the customer success team to ensure a seamless experience for customers - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals through prompt and efficient communication

Requirements: - Independent and driven individual who can work well in a fast-paced environment - Strong time management skills to prioritize and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and find satisfactory solutions - Proficient in written communication with excellent grammar and spelling - Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and customer management systems preferred
