Job Description - Online Customer Success Assistant


Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Newell Brands in Zurich. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for supporting our online customers and ensuring their success with our products and services.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Assist with order processing, shipping logistics, and returns processing. 4. Monitor online reviews and feedback to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience. 5. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to gather customer insights and feedback for product development and improvement. 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 7. Assist in developing and implementing customer success strategies to increase retention and loyalty.


Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role. 2. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Passion for customer success and innovation in problem-solving. 5. Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers. 6. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools. 7. Fluency in English and German is required.
