Job Description - Online Customer Success Assistant


Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Packaging Corp. of America in Basel, Switzerland. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers. This part-time role requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information through online platforms. 2. Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and resolving any issues or concerns. 3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize the online customer experience. 4. Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. 5. Analyze data and trends to identify potential opportunities for business growth. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of online customer success strategies.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner. 3. Strong critical thinking skills to analyze customer data and make informed decisions. 4. Experience working in a fast-paced online customer support environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online customer service platforms. 6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
