Online Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Customer Success Associate to join our team at Biotronik AG in Geneva, Switzerland. As a part-time Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing position.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support through online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Understand and analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner. 3. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive customer experience. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and effectively communicate product information to customers. 6. Act as a brand ambassador and contribute to the overall success of the customer success team. 7. Utilize various tools and systems to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

Requirements: 1. Motivated and adaptable individual with a strong desire to help customers succeed. 2. Strong analytical skills to understand and address customer needs effectively. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 6. Fluency in English, French, and German would be a plus.
