Online Customer Success Officer

Job Description:

Peter Kiewit Sons' is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Officer to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong work ethic, as well as resilience.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers who have questions or need assistance with our online services - Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Proactively identify and address customer needs and issues to prevent escalations - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to improve the overall customer experience - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to our online services - Develop and implement strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer success or customer service role - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
