Job Description: Stadler Rail AG is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Basel, Switzerland. As an Associate level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role and possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for online customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through clear and professional communication via email, chat, and phone - Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement in order to enhance the overall customer experience - Provide product education and onboarding support to customers to increase product adoption and usage - Handle customer complaints and escalations with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution for all parties involved - Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services in order to effectively troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions
Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer service or customer success role, preferably in an online setting - Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers and address their needs effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet in a fast-paced environment - A passion for building relationships and providing top-notch customer service - Independent and self-motivated with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team - Emotional intelligence and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure - Equal opportunity statement: At Stadler Rail AG, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.
