Job Description - Online Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Rieter Holding AG in Basel, Switzerland. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. This part-time role offers a unique opportunity to engage with customers in an online setting and drive customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage customer inquiries and concerns through various online platforms such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve the overall customer experience. 4. Monitor customer interactions and gather feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Create and maintain customer success metrics to track performance and drive continuous improvement. 6. Provide product support and guidance to customers on how to maximize their experience with our solutions. 7. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Previous experience in customer service or a customer-facing role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proven leadership abilities and decision-making skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Energetic and motivated team player with a passion for helping customers succeed.
