Job Description - Online Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


Eli Lilly is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, Switzerland. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a customer success role. The ideal candidate will be independent, driven, adaptable, and have strong problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support and assistance through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Proactively engage with customers to ensure their needs are being met and to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues - Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices - Monitor customer feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions


Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a customer success role - Independent and driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
