Job Description - Online Customer Success Specialist


Job Description:


We are seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Staples in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a customer success or related role.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with online customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Provide product information, guidance, and support to customers through various online channels - Monitor customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement in products and services - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer retention and expansion initiatives - Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system


Requirements: - Driven and adaptable personality traits - Strong presentation and communication skills - Previous experience in a customer success or customer service role - Knowledge of online platforms and e-commerce best practices - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
