Job Description:
Mattel, a leading global toy company, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland. As an Entry Level position, we welcome candidates with 0 years of experience who are hardworking, confident, possess excellent persuasion skills, and excel at problem-solving.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to online customers through various channels such as email, phone, and live chat - Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner - Drive customer satisfaction and retention by building positive relationships with customers and addressing their needs effectively - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor customer feedback and gather insights to improve our products and services - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to increase revenue
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred - Strong communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and concisely - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills - Fluency in English and German is required; additional languages are a plus
