Online Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:

Delek US Holdings is seeking a motivated and confident Online Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, Switzerland. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online customer support via email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve the overall customer experience. 5. Identify trends and provide feedback to improve products and services. 6. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to persuade and influence others effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software. 6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
