Job Description - Online Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


Sonova Holding AG, a leading provider of innovative hearing solutions, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Associate to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support and possess a high level of energy and dedication to providing exceptional service.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online chat, email, and phone. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues with Sonova's online platforms and products. 3. Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving billing inquiries. 4. Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues.


Requirements: 1. 2 or more years of experience in customer support. 2. Energetic and hardworking personality traits. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers. 4. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 5. Proficiency in using online support tools and CRM systems. 6. Excellent communication skills in English and German.
