Job Description - Online Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Online Customer Support Associate to join our team at L Brands in Geneva, Switzerland. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online customers. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with order placements, tracking, and returns - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive customer experience - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Work closely with the online sales team to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty - Contribute to the development of online customer support strategies and initiatives - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Motivated and adaptable personality traits - Strong soft skills in strategic planning and adaptability - Fluency in English and French (additional languages are a plus) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer support platforms
