Job Description - Online Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


Baxalta, a leading biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Associate to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional online customer support through various communication channels such as chat, email, and social media - Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, technical support, and troubleshooting - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Uphold a high standard of customer service and uphold company values


Requirements: - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - Strong project management and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluency in English and German (additional languages a plus) - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
