Job Description - Online Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Baxter International is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Manager to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a mid-to-senior level employee with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing our online customer support team and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online customer support representatives - Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve customer satisfaction - Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure efficiency and effectiveness - Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve processes - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Implement training programs to develop the skills of the customer support team - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in online customer support management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Hardworking and resilient personality traits - Excellent critical thinking and presentation skills - Knowledge of customer support software and tools - Familiarity with online customer service platforms and social media channels
